This serial products are a revolutionary development that Dicolor contributes to outdoor full color LED display, which made the outdoor LED display with precise picture and super viewing angle be possible. Its' key component is the integrated high density outdoor full color dot-matrix module, which is different from the traditional outdoor full color LED display that is composed by single LED diode. It is a revolution from point light source to sphere light source. There is integrated LED chip with Red , Green and Blue colors in the LED cup of every pixel . Thus, every pixel will be lighting in mixed color. Each module has 8*16 pieces of this kind of pixel. They are covered by a plastic mask, and sealed silica gel inside.

Features
High density of full-color LED display is available
The smallest pixel pitch that the traditional full color LED display composed by single LED diode is 16mm (3906dots/sqm), but Dicolor has mass produced many outdoor full color display with 10mm . By these high density pixels' display, people see firstly so precise video pictures under the direct daytime sunshine.

More reliable with the integrated encapsulation technology
Because of the separation between the module and LED diode, and the wrapping of the sealed materials to LED diode, the module is very good at anti high temperature soldering, anti oxidation and anti static, which increased the reliability of the LED display. Showing from the lots of Dicolor calculated data, the working efficiency of integrated encapsulation display is higher than that of the single LED diode composed display.

Perfect blending color efficiency
Because the lighting is mixed in every 1 pixel, plus Dicolor's reasonable design to the LED's reflection chamber and chips' arrangement mode, the Red, Green and Blue colors can be mixed very well, no granular sensation, while the mixed color effect of the traditional single LED diode composed LED display can be realized only from a certain viewing distance.

Better consistency and pictures than ordienary display
The color temperature of all PCB boards of this serial product will be adjusted, its difference between two is only dozens of K .We adjust it with professional XYC.

Good consistency
Because of the three Red, Green and Blue LED diodes' viewing angle, and the LED diodes after soldering can not be guarantied, the consistency of the traditional outdoor full color LED display can not be guarantied. There is no such a problem for Dicolor designed SMD full color module, it is much better than the traditional one no matter in evenness and consistency. It is just because of the effect of the sphere light source.

Big viewing angle
The horizontal viewing angle of this serial product is 140°, while that for the best traditional single LED diode composed display is also 140°. No colorcast from any angle for the SMD serial display.

Increased color contrast
As the LED chips are integrated in one pixel, it can reduce the area of the reflection chamber, then increase the area of the black base. Thus, the color contrast is increased.

The most economical and reasonable technology of full color led display (3 in 1)
Because of the high integration, less working procedure and high percentage for good finished, Dicolor designed integrated 3 in 1 full color LED display reduced raw materials waste and is suitable for mass production. Thus, the cost is lowered.
